Because we are experiencing an unusually high volume of communication right now, we have put the following system in place to help you get an answer faster. Please consult the list below and use the suggested Subjects when emailing us, relevant to your issue.
If you have multiple issues that are listed below, please choose the most relevant one and only use ONE of the subjects.
We are checking daily for these exact email subjects, to speed up the process of replying to messages.
Important: if your email content is in no way related to the subject you have assigned, that may result in your reply still being delayed! (Yes it's crazy even to us that we have to make this distinction. However, several ill-intentioned people have already abused this system, unfortunately.)
